We've partnered with Blockdaemon to implement an MPC architecture for wallets on GROW. MPC is Multi-Party Computation. The way this works is that the entire key for a wallet is never kept with one entity or in one place. For example, to access or sign a wallet, the proprietary algorithms governing the MPC protocol would require all parts of the key, A, B, and C, and all three would be in three different locations. This eliminates any single point of failure threat because now the adversary would have to locate and compromise all three parties to gain access to the keys. Moreover, even if an adversary were to gain access to the keys, they would still need to gain secure access to Blockdaemon's MPC protocol itself. We treat security as one of our top priorities, so please be rest assured that we are always implementing the best institutional grade measures to protect all assets held on GROW.

One-Time Password (OTP)
To enhance the security of your accounts and funds, the GROW team requires you to enable the One-Time Password, hereby referred to as OTP. The setup process is simple and can be completed in minutes.

1. If you have logged in the GROW app, please log out first.
2. When you try to log in again with your Email account, you will be requested to enter the 2FA codes.
3. On this screen, you can find the button "Reset OTP".
4. Click the button and complete the following KYC process to reset the 2FA.

KYC (Know-Your-Customer) is required to better serve our customers because any potential wrongdoing by other users can jeopardize the health and safety of the entire platform. Therefore, GROW follows the convention of all centralized financial institutions with respect to KYC requirements.

KYC verification would be completed within up to 72 hours.
Please check if your submitted documents comply with the required KYC guidelines.
1. ID document: Nationality, ID number and date of birth on ID document must be visible clearly.
2. Selfie with ID document and handwritten memo: Take a selfie while holding the ID and your handwritten memo. Your face and the ID document number and date of birth must be visible clearly. Memo must include 'GROW' and today's date (yyyy-mm-dd).
3. All information you type in the app must match the data from the uploaded documents. Please pay close attention to the first, middle and the last name so that the typed information exactly matches the name indicated on your ID.

1. Load [Account] tab at the bottom and click on [Withdraw] button.
2. Select a coin.
3. Input amounts of assets you would like to withdraw.
GROW currently supports ERC20 and BEP20 networks for Flexible and Fixed Savings products. GROW also supports blockchain networks for ICX, BAND, and NEAR for staking.
Withdrawal processing relating to the Flexible products (BTC/ETH/USDT/USDC/XRP/DAI including coins based on BSC) will be done in one batch, once a day, and may take up to one full day depending on the timing of the individual withdrawal request.
