Can I open a business (corporate) account with GROW?

Accepted Answer

Please send an email via support@grow3.io indicating your intention of opening a business account. The GROW team will send you documents needed for opening a business account.

How long does business account verification take?

Accepted Answer

To create business accounts, verification is a must. Businesses will be required to submit a certain set of documents to complete the verification process and the time to complete the process would depends on the paperworks prepared for the verification process.

How do I enable biometric authentication?

Accepted Answer

Click on [My Page] at the bottom and enable [Biometric Auth] on the menu. You can login with the Fingerprint or Face-ID set-up in the device. Please check if your Fingerprint or Face-ID is registered on your mobile device.

Question 5

How can I change my password?

Accepted Answer

1. Please click on "Forgot Password?" on log-in page, and input the registered email account. 
2. Process email verification, and create a new password. 
Please note that for security purposes, withdrawal will be blocked for 24 hours after password reset.

Question 6

I cannot log in to the GROW app.

Accepted Answer

If users keep failing to log in to the GROW app, please check out the followings:
 
1. Check out the network condition. In most cases, Network environment affects the functionality of mobile apps.
2. If users are 100% positive about the network condition, please reinstall the GROW app and do not leave the GROW app on the first launch until the internal update reaches100%. In rare instances, the GROW app may fail to finish the update if users multitask with other apps during the update.

If you experience the same problem again, please take a screen-recording of the point where you are experiencing the problem, and send it to our support email (support@grow3.io) with your device information.
